With ten days you can draw a full circle around Morocco and fly in and out of Marrakech. You begin with the red city, then follow the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs with nights at Ait Ben Haddou and in the Dades valley. Two nights in Merzouga give you a whole day in the Erg Chebbi, with a camel trek and a desert camp. Then come two nights in Fes with a guided day, a night in Chefchaouen in the Rif, and a night in Rabat, the elegant capital on the Atlantic. On the last day you drive back to Marrakech via Casablanca and the Hassan II Mosque.
