This 9-day itinerary crosses Morocco from Marrakech to Tangier, ideal if you fly into Marrakech and continue by ferry to Spain, or fly home from Tangier. You start in Marrakech, then sleep at Ait Ben Haddou and in the Dades valley before spending two nights in Merzouga with a full day in the dunes. The Middle Atlas leads to Fes for two nights and a guided day in the medina. Then you head into the Rif for a night in the blue town of Chefchaouen, and finish in Tangier with its kasbah, Café Hafa and Cap Spartel, where the Atlantic meets the Mediterranean.
