This 4-day private loop starts and ends in Ouarzazate and shows you the whole south-east without retracing your steps. Day one passes the palm grove of Skoura and the Valley of Roses to the Dades valley and its gorge. On day two you walk in the Todra Gorge and reach Merzouga for a sunset camel trek into the Erg Chebbi dunes and a night in a desert camp. Day three follows the quiet road through Alnif, Tazzarine and N'Kob, a land of black stones and ksour, to Zagora at the edge of the desert. On the last day you drive up the Draa valley, past palm groves and kasbahs, back to Ouarzazate.

    Pick-up in Ouarzazate. Skoura, Kelaat M'Gouna and the Valley of Roses to the Dades valley. Night in the Dades valley.

    Day 2: Todra Gorge to Merzouga

    Todra Gorge walk, then Tinghir, Erfoud and Rissani to Merzouga. Camel trek at sunset and night in a desert camp.
